Beth was amazing in all aspects. We met with her early in our decision-making process and she helped us make some good decisions while not putting any pressure on us. As we proceeded to get our house ready, she was willing to come over a number of times to help us pick paint colors, faucet choices, etc as we updated our master bathroom. She came over to help us get our house looking its best for the photographer.
When we got the idea to list the house two weeks earlier than planned, she jumped into action with the best attitude. She was able to price the house at the perfect level, based on the feedback we got from many of the realtors. That shows her knowledge of the market and the neighborhood.
Beth fielded calls resulting from 54 showings in 3 days! She helped us decide between 18 offers on the house and then helped us negotiate the best deal.
